This is an evaluation of 35 voter education projects funded by the European Commission from 1992-2001. The report includes an inventory and typology of voter education projects and two case studies of voter education in Bangladesh and Peru. It provides recommendations to improve future voter education supported by the Commission both in regards to strategy and methodology for preparing such future projects.
