Voice Our Concern (VOC) is a human rights education (HRE) project enabling senior cycle students, non-formal education centres and the wider community to learn about and discuss human rights in a creative, participatory and empowering way. The VOC project also establishes a model for greater engagement between foremost creative artists and writers and schools in Ireland. The objective of the VOC project is to bring artistic expression and human rights to schools across Ireland. The project uses art as a medium to open up human rights to students and mobilise them to engage in the protection of human rights through the work of Amnesty International.
