This study was organized to help fill the gap in the literature about the desirability and approaches to HRE in conflict setting, drawing on the views and experiences of practitioners themselves. Information was collected through an online survey that was distributed in English and French between September and October 2024. The report profiles the 28 respondents and presents results for the challenges and strategies for designing effective HRE in conflict settings.
