This guide was developed as a resource to support Gendernet facilitators conducting gender training. It is aimed at those who have experience in designing and delivering gender training and facilitating adult learning processes. Its training modules are meant to be used as “building blocks” that facilitators can adapt for their own customized training workshops. Topics addressed include key concepts of gender analysis, the relationship between gender inequity and poverty, and strategies for advocacy.
