Code of Conduct of the Armed and Security Forces of Mali

This illustrated booklet was developed by the government of Mali, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme and the High Commissioner for Human Rights. It is a practical manual for soldiers and military officers with main stipulations in international human rights law, the Constitution of Mali, and international humanitarian law relating to the role of the military.
