[huridocs-tech] RFI: Materials for technology training for minorities

I am doing a presentation on technology and training and why it is so
important for blacks and minorities to participate in technology training
for Blacks in Government (BIG).  I will be addressing BIG at their regional
conference in Washington DC.  BIG has over 10,000 members.  Do you have
resources that you can point me to so that I can prepare a presentation?
The event is in April.
