This on-line Handbook is designed to supplement Article 19's Freedom of Expression Handbook (1993). It contains mainly cases from four international jurisdictions: the UN Human Rights Committee, the African Commission on Human and People’s Rights, the Inter-American Commission and Court on Human Rights and the European Commission and Court of Human Rights.
